only ratings with invoice dated less than 24 months old are included.
I am a seller and I
received a bad rating. What can I do?
Most sellers will eventually receive some bad ratings. While a low %
of bad ratings is acceptable, you should review your business practices
and customer service to improve future ratings.
We offer some suggestions:
- Contact the buyer to find out
why a bad rating is given, and how you can fix the problem.
- If you are able to fix the
issues, you can request the buyer to remove
the rating.
- Rate the buyer to provide your
view on the transaction.
How do I increase the number of ratings for my company?
You can encourage your buyers to submit their ratings in
Exporters.SG.

Trust Points®.
