How does the
Trust Points®
work?
Trust Points® relies on Trust
Profile to calculate how many points to be awarded to a member. Each
member has an unique Trust Profile.
A member's
Trust Points® are calculated based
on these factors:

Transaction Ratings
For every 12 rating points or more awarded in each transaction. See

For example, if your company has been
authenticated & verified (add 10 points), you have 5 AV members who
added you into their trust networks (add 5 points), your
Trust Points® will be:
10+5 = 15 Trust Points®.

received, a star is displayed in the Member Profile.

Points® not do?
As
Trust Points® are calculated
based on the above-mentioned factors which changes over time,
Trust Points® will change too. Also,
Trust Points® can be used as a reference
but it does not provide any form of guarantee on any member's
trust-worthiness.

You can see a member's
Trust Points® in his member profile and trust
profile. A breakdown on how his
Trust Points® are calculated is also shown
in his trust profile.

Trust Points
?
You can see your
Trust Points®
in MyExporters under My Trust
Profile. To improve your
Trust Points®,
you can:

Authenticate and verify
your company
- Submit your company
Bank Information
- Submit
awards and
certifications received by your company
- Build up your
Trust
Network of members you trust, and get them to trust you.
- Use
My Transactions to trade and
get rated by your trading partners.
