    Rate your transaction with the buyer using My Transactions. This helps other suppliers to evaluate the buyer. If you are not satisfied with the buyer, you can file a trade dispute to negotiate for a resolution. If you are authenticated and verified, your dispute will be shown publicly in his member profile. This motivates the buyer to quickly resolve your case.

  2. Add Buyer to your Trust Network and Contact List
    Add buyer to your Trust Network and Contact List. You can also ask your buyer to add you into his Trust Network and Contact List. This helps to increase your popularity and gain Trust Points®.

Adding the buyer into your Contact List helps to build up your own buyer list for future sales. In addition, you can contact your buyers easily through a mass mailing form.
