1. Submit RFQ

• RFQ agent is a useful tool to send your Request For Quotations(RFQ) to relevant suppliers.
• Submit your RFQ using the RFQ Submission form.
• Our editors will review your RFQ for completeness. Once approved, you will be notified through email.
• All relevant suppliers will be notified about your RFQ.
• You will receive an email notification whenever a supplier submits a quotation for your RFQ.

2. Latest RFQs

• Go to your My RFQ Agent > Latest RFQs In My Trade Networks
• This page shows the latest 10 RFQs in each of your trade network.
• Click onto any RFQ you are interested. You will be able to see the RFQ details and a quotation form to send your quotations. Fill in the quotation form and click 'Send Quotation To Buyer'.
• You can also remove RFQs by clicking 'Delete'. These RFQs will not be displayed in your next visit.

3. My RFQs

• Go to your My RFQ Agent > My RFQs

• This page shows you all RFQs you have submitted, number of quotations and pageviews received, and when each RFQ will expire.

• You can select the RFQ to see the list of quotations received.

• Select any suppliers and you will be able see the quotation details. You can then choose to follow up with them.

• You can choose to delete any RFQs any time.

4. My Quotations

• Go to your My RFQ Agent > My Quotations

• This page shows the quotations you have submitted.

• Select any quotations and you will see the products you have quoted, who is the buyer and the terms.

• In addition, you can choose to delete any quotations at any time.

5. My RFQ Negotiations

• Go to your My RFQ Agent > My RFQ Negotiation

• You will see the list of RFQ Negotiations you have.

• Select the RFQ Negotiation to see full details.

6. My Quotation Email Alert

• Go to your My RFQ Agent > My Quotation Email Alert

• If you have subscribe to Quotation Email Alert service, you will be able to see the RFQs you have selected to receive email alert when suppliers submit quotations.

7. My RFQ Email Alert

• Go to your My RFQ Agent > My RFQ Email Alert

• You will see the list of Trade Networks you have joined, and your email alert subscription option.

• Simply toggle the between the 'Subscribe' and 'Unsubscribe' option to select your preference.

• If you choose the 'Subscribe' option, our RFQ Agent will notify you whenever there is a relevant RFQ for you.

• If you choose the 'Unsubscribe' option, no email notification will be sent to you.
