Why do I
have to log into my account after some time?
As an added security, you will be
automatically logged off if you stay 'inactive' in
Exporters.SG for about 20 mins. When we say 'inactive', it
means not surfing in Exporters.SG. This is required so that no
one can use your account if you leave your computer unattended.

Remember email in your computer
To save your time
typing your email every time you log into Exporters.SG, we can
help to remember your email. In order for us to remember your
email, we need to save a small file called "cookie" in your
computer. It contains only your email address. This way, it
helps us to know you when you logs in.
To enable this, simple tick the checkbox to remember your email.
A word of cautious:
Make sure that you only enable this option in the computer
you always use to access Exporters.SG. We do not recommend this
if you are using a public or shared computer. This could allow
other users to know the email used to log into your Exporters.SG

Why am I not receiving
emails from RFQ Agent, My Messages, Newsletters in my mailbox?
The amount of time
it takes
to receive these emails depends on the traffic of the messages
queue. However, if you have not receive them over 24 hours,
check these:

Check that
your email spam/bulk filter
Make sure that emails from Exporters.SG are excluded from
your filter.

Check with
your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
Make sure that your ISP excluded emails from Exporters.SG
from its block list.

Check that
your email address is correct
You can change it by logging into your account.

How can I change my email used in
