Why can't I log into my account?

There are few reasons you are not able to log into your account.
  1. Your username and/or password is incorrect. 
    We can send your password to your email. Retrieve here.
  2. You have yet to apply for your membership. 
    Search your company to see if you are a member.
  3. Your browser is caching the web page.
    To solve this, after you have log in using your username and password, press 'F5' or click 'Refresh' button on your browser a few times.
  4. Your browser is not accepting cookies

How do I add/join new trade networks?

To join new trade networks, simply log into your account, and My Trade Networks.

Alternatively, you can also go to the trade networks you wish to participate. Click onto the 'Join This Trade Network' link.

Your request will be reviewed by our editors and you will be informed once it has been approved.

How can I retrieve my password?

If you have forget your password, you can request it to be sent to your email here. Enter your email address and your password will be sent to you within minutes.

Are the companies listed all genuine?

All members in Exporters.SG are hand reviewed by our editors to ensure their information provided are complete. In addition, we provide Member Authentication and Verification service. You can refer to the Trust Profile to help you access each member. However, you will have to be careful when dealing with any companies. See our Safe Trading Center for more information.

How does posting Buying Leads work?

Posting Buying Leads help buyers source for products quotations from all relevant suppliers within the shortest time. Once you have submit a buying lead, our editors will review it. Once approved, it will be forwarded to all relevant suppliers. These suppliers will then submit their quotations, and you will be infomed once quotations are submitted. You may then compare and decide which suppliers you wish to contact. See Buying Leads Guide for more details.

How do I post pictures for my products?

To post pictures, you need to subscribe to Exporters' Lite or Exporters' Plus. You can also enjoy enhance services like setting up your Showroom, Mailing list and more.

How do I clear my Internet browser's cache?

Follow these steps for your browser and version:

NetscapeNetscape 4.x for Windows or Mac

  1. Choose "Preferences..." from the Edit menu.
  2. Click the plus to the left of "Advanced" on the left side, and then choose "Cache" from the pull-down list.
  3. Click the "Clear Memory Cache" button and choose "OK" when prompted.
  4. Click the "Clear Disk Cache" button and choose "OK" when prompted.
  5. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the Preferences window.
  6. Close and re-start your browser.

Microsoft Internet ExplorerInternet Explorer 5.x for Windows

  1. Choose "Internet Options..." from IE's Tools menu.
  2. Locate the "Temporary Internet files" heading, click the "Delete Files" button, and choose "OK" when prompted.
  3. Locate the "History" heading, click the "Clear History" button, and choose "OK" when prompted.
  4. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.
  5. Close and re-start your browser.

Microsoft Internet ExplorerInternet Explorer 6.x for Windows

  1. Choose "Internet Options..." from IE's Tools menu.
  2. Click the "Delete Cookies" button, and choose "OK" when prompted.
  3. Click the "Delete Files" button, and select to "Delete all offline content".
  4. Click "OK" when prompted.
  5. In the bottom right-hand corner of the Internet Options page, click the "Clear History" button, and choose "OK" when prompted.
  6. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.
  7. Close and re-start your browser.

Why do I have to log into my account after some time?

As an added security, you will be automatically logged off if you stay 'inactive' in Exporters.SG for about 20 mins. When we say 'inactive', it means not surfing in Exporters.SG. This is required so that no one can use your account if you leave your computer unattended.

How do I set my browser to accept cookie?

At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:
  1. Click Edit
  2. Then click Preferences
  3. Click on Advanced
  4. Then choose Cookies
  5. Set your options in the box labeled Cookies.

At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:

  1. Click Edit
  2. Then click Preferences
  3. Click on Privacy and Security
  4. Then choose Cookies
  5. Select Enable.

At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:

  1. Choose Tools
  2. Then choose Internet Options
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. Click Internet, then Custom Level
  5. Scroll down to Cookies and choose Enable.

At the top of your browser on the Task Bar:

  1. Choose Tools
  2. Then choose Internet Options
  3. Click the Privacy tab
  4. The default setting is medium, which will allow you to accept cookies. To change this setting, move the slider to determine which setting you prefer. If your setting has been set to Custom, click the Advanced button and choose Accept Cookies.

Security advice on protecting your account


Beware of scam emails requesting for your information and password. Exporters.SG will not send email requesting such information. Contact us should you receive such emails.

Remember email in your computer


To save your time typing your email every time you log into Exporters.SG, we can help to remember your email. In order for us to remember your email, we need to save a small file called "cookie" in your computer. It contains only your email address. This way, it helps us to know you when you logs in.

To enable this, simple tick the checkbox to remember your email.

A word of cautious:
Make sure that you only enable this option in the computer you always use to access Exporters.SG. We do not recommend this if you are using a public or shared computer. This could allow other users to know the email used to log into your Exporters.SG account.

Why am I not receiving emails from RFQ Agent, My Messages, Newsletters in my mailbox?


The amount of time it takes to receive these emails depends on the traffic of the messages queue. However, if you have not receive them over 24 hours, check these:

  • Check that your email spam/bulk filter
    Make sure that emails from Exporters.SG are excluded from your filter.

  • Check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
    Make sure that your ISP excluded emails from Exporters.SG from its block list.

  • Check that your email address is correct
    You can change it by logging into your account.
